Every traveller needs a valid passport, and it must not expire within 6 months of travel — so it needs to be valid through April 2027 at minimum. Players without a valid passport cannot participate.
Safety & weather
Aruba is consistently ranked among the safest Caribbean islands. English is widely spoken and US dollars are accepted everywhere. October averages 84°F with minimal rain — Aruba sits outside the hurricane belt.
What families arrange
Beyond the player fee, families cover flights, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, food, and personal expenses.
